Ross Dental Group is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. We understand that you or your family member may feel anxious about visiting the dentist, but we want you to know we are here to calm your fears. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible.
Ross Dental Group has high sterilization standards, and we are monitored by an outside lab.
Your first visit is all about you: your comfort, your happiness, and your health
When you come to Ross Dental Group as a new patient, your appointment will be scheduled with a registered dental hygienist (RDH). At your appointed time, our hygienist will take necessary digital X-rays ordered by the dentist and intra-oral photographs, and render a full periodontal charting (to check for gum disease).
As a courtesy, at your first visit you will receive an oral cancer screening and adult fluoride treament at no charge. Dr. Hesse, Dr. French or Dr. Moeller will do a thorough examination of all your teeth and gums. We always allow the hygienist enough time to clean and polish your teeth as well, so long as your gums are healthy and you do not need periodontal treatment.
Your appointment is set for 90 minutes, and this time is set exclusively for you. Once your apppointment is made, if a change in your schedule occurs that will prohibit you from keeping the appointment, we will accept a 24 hours notice of cancellation, but please note that a 48 hours notification is greatly appreciated! All cancellations should be done on business hours Monday thru Friday to avoid any cancellation charges.
